Step 1 · Sign up and create a key
After signing up, create a key under Tokens in the console and copy it (shown once).
Sign up Already have an account → create key
New accounts: overseas platforms work immediately; mainland platforms (Douyin / Xiaohongshu) include 5 free trial calls, then a top-up unlocks the group.
Step 2 · Copy one command
Start with the balance check to confirm the key works, then call a real endpoint.
Step 3 · Read the response, confirm billing
Every response carries cost_usd (this call) and balance_usd (remaining). Failed calls (upstream error, timeout) are not charged and are refunded automatically. Full history lives under Usage in the console.
Three usual causes of a first failure
401 unauthorized: missing or wrong key — check theAuthorization: Bearerprefix.forbiddenwith “domestic trial exhausted”: the 5 free domestic calls are used up; top up to unlock.402/ insufficient balance: balance is zero — top up in the console.
Copy and run

data=b"{}",
headers={"Authorization": f"Bearer {KEY}", "Content-Type": "application/json"},
method="POST",
)
print(json.load(urllib.request.urlopen(req, timeout=30)))
